From the brand new counters and appliances in the kitchen, to the new furniture in all rooms, the new lighting and fresh painting. This is a sparkling and comfortable respite to relax in . Town Neck beach, the infamous boardwalk, local restaurants and the canal bike path are all close by. First floor features an open living space that flows in to the dining room and kitchen . Glass sliders bring you out to a well appointed outdoor seating space to sit in the sun with a book or barbecue with your guests. First floor bedroom has two twins with additional sleeping on a pullout trundle. The second floor has two spacious , light and airy bedrooms each has a queen bedroom and additional sleeping for one. Full bathrooms on both floors. One with a tub and the other a walk in shower. Grab the beach chairs and sunscreen and head on down to the water. This is vacationing at its best! Owners will consider 1 small dog with prior approval. Bedroom 1-Queen and a twin Bedroom 2-Queen and a twin sofa pullout Bedroom 3- 2 twins and a trundle( twin) $1600 - $3100 per week for 2024 5 Night Minimum OFF SEASON
