The area boasts great sunsets and huge sand bars at low tide. The best times for beachcombing and looking for shells and fossils is on an outgoing tide, during a new or full moon, and after a storm. This property is just steps to the ocean by way of private pathway down the dunes to the sand and offers a small deck and outdoor shower. Property has a shell driveway and parking for 2 cars.
