This cottage has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant week at Cape Cod. The AC/wireless, flat-screen TV/washer/dryer, beautiful views, outdoor shower, all kitchen/grill utensils-just great!! Even w/ bad weather, we had a super week. Just right for 4. So comfy and nice remodeling!! Thanks.

We, a family of four, stayed at the property for a week and enjoyed it very much. The beach itself is not as crowded as most public beaches. At low tides, there are plenty of tide pools for kids to play with and search for crabs and other marine life. The house was very clean, spacious enough for the four of us and had an AC for those hot/"unbreezy" days. We loved it!

We would definitely recommend this 2 bedroom home. It was very clean, new fixtures, and had every kitchen item we could ever hope to need. The location was lovely so close to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Me, my wife and 2 year old son had a great vacation in Sandwich at this adorable cottage. The cottage was perfect for our small family and it served as a great "home-base" for several Cape Cod excursions. In addition to being steps from a beautiful, private beach...it was an easy drive to Hyannis, Bourne, Falmouth and Provincetown for our day trips. It didn't hurt that the weather was fabulous as well. Sand Dollar made the process very easy and we look forward to using them again in the future.

Relaxing
The cottage was in a great location. It had everything in it that one could need. Our only complaint about our entire stay was that the ocean water was very cold...not your fault.

First of all, we loved the area in East Sandwich and really enjoyed the access to the private beach. The cottage was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The cottage sits behind 2 other cottages so the view of the beach/ocean is blocked from indoors...but the weather was fantastic and with children...you can't just sit indoors...you've got to go out and be a part of nature. This was the lovely aspect of our holiday!

This was our 2nd time in E Sandwich for a Summer vacation! Sand Dollar Realty was very helpful in finding us a perfect place that suited our needs. Very kind, friendly & attentive. Maureen was quick to get back to me when i had questions & had suggested some great finds! We loved our stay. The bigger kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook meals at the cotttage & enjoy the beach for long periods of time. The cottage had a very warm feeling of home! Lovely textiles, very clean! definitely be back

Very comforting and relaxing vacation.
This cottage was very suitable for a family of 4. It was clean, had all the amenities you could possibly ask for. Walking steps to the beach just tops it. Definitely would return.
