perfect little house, ideal for a couple, bright and lovely on a quiet street (a dead end) located between the beach and a marsh. we really loved it!
we were near Sandwich town and we founded everything we need: fish market, fresh vegetables from the farm, fine food boutique and good choice of wine.
great location, easy to rent via the sand dollar web site and affordable for cape cod.

Perfect cottage. Perfect location.
Fantastic cozy little cottage. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach and beautiful marsh behind. Perfect for our family- getting kids to the beach and keeping them busy.

Perfect for our Family!
We have stayed in many cottages in East Sandwich and this one is by far our favorite. The view off the back deck is beautiful. It was wonderful having coffee out there in the morning. Also, the breeze you get coming off the marsh is wonderful. The cottage was clean and bright and was perfect for our family of 4! We can't wait to come back and stay again and again and again!

When I arrived Saturday afternoon the front door was already open for me. The cottage had been newly painted a Sunshine yellow. The place was. immaculate! I it was also convenient---all visitors needs had been thought of! The deck was new and inciting! All appliances were clean and ready to enjoy! I have already booked for next year, as there is no place I'd rather be!!!!!!
