We would definately come again. We loved the shoulder season and all the flowers in bloom. Townhouse was great with an upper floor for children and balcony for two for breakfast and coffee .
It can easily accomodate 5 people or 3 children upstairs. The place was clean and everything worked great. The washer and dryer with a family was a real plus . we loved having our own private beach and Town neck beach is a great and free if you come before June 15th .

For older renters this is an ideal setting for walks, long views, easy access to the Canal, route 6a and Sandwich tourist offerings. There's nothing between you and the water - no traffic to negotiate, no noise, no crowds. Do you need a big-screen TV? You've got it.Lots of lounging space? Ditto. Nearness to a market? No problem. The view is beautiful from both decks. The property was very clean and appeared to be recently painted. Bed was comfy with a ceiling fan. The beach is very rocky, so if the goal is to swim and sun from your private beach, it may not be the place for you. The location was convenient to the grocery store and Joe's Lobster Mart. Property would be best for a couple, or small family. Would absolutely return!

Great location. The sleeper sofa on the second floor needs a much better mattress. It's very thin, and very uncomfortable. Loved the rest of the cottage. We stayed here in June of 2011, and the new grill was fantastic. Wonderful views and access to Town Neck beach.

Overall, we had mixed feelings about this property. As a family of 4, with two young boys, this was not an ideal situation for a week in the summer. The views from the deck and house are stunning, however the beach does not deliver. There has been erosion of the dunes and the remaining rocky sand is about 10 feet wide. The water itself is not swimmable as there are boulders just under the water line during high tide. This rental may be better for those who don't want to swim

This was our second time staying here. We love the location with a beautiful view of the water. Everything we could've needed was thought of and available. We hope to be back next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The overall experience was wonderful. Beautiful location, cute little condo. The beach right in front is very rocky, especially during low tide, but not too far up the beach is sandier. Would definitely come back! Also within walking distance of both First Beach and Town Neck Beach which are also both beautiful beaches.
