Great Family & Friends Vacation Home
Traveled with extended family and children. Everyone loved the week at this home and would like to go back next year. Close to everything including golf & beaches while allowing privacy and very much child friendly with a large yard. Great home. Great in-home bakery just a short walk away on same street. The apple cake & brownies will bring you back for sure!! Owners were wonderful and a pleasure to work with.

Seaside home with all the amenities!
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spacious home! The location is superb -- just a short walk to gorgeous East Sandwich Beach, a quick drive to historic Sandwich village, and easy access to Rt 6 and the rest of the Cape. The house has everything a family needs for a vacation on Cape Cod -- gourmet kitchen, two decks, a hot tub, outdoor shower, and plenty of cozy spots to curl up with a good book. We can't wait to go back!

This will be our third year renting 40 Ploughed Neck Rd. Love the location and area. Beautiful house and updated. The owner is the best, always answered us and fixed any issues very quickly. I would highly recommend renting this property.

The place was incredible. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The walk to the beach with kids was a little farther than expected but the house, the yard, the privacy, the 2 decks amazing! We had plenty of room for our three small families and room to spare!

Great stay and home. Met all of our needs to be close to the beach and comfortable at home. Only suggested improvement would be clearer directions on how to park at the beach - road to beach cannot be walked with small children.

We were four adults and four kids under 8 and this house was the perfect size for our two families. Everything was clean, all of the appliances are top notch and the backyard was perfect for the little ones to run around. We frequent Cape Cod but this was our first time in Sandwich - we’ll be back for sure!

Very convenient to connect with my sister family who rent a cottage down the East Sandwich beach for more than 10 years. My family always looking forward to come back every year. Too bad it's not available this year. Hope it's available next year because we have lot of good memory especially our grandkids.
