We had a wonderful time at 41 Cranberry Trail. The house was amazing and spotless, Sand Dollar Realty was very helpful - and we had an amazing family vacation - Thank you so much.

We all had a great time.
The weather was great. Loved the private beach. The whole Beach for just us. The house is good for the whole family. Lots of room, and comfortable.

Christmas 2011
My family was looking for a place to spend Christmas with a new baby, and we found the perfect spot. 10 plus a baby, fit comfortably at this well-kept home. The area is gorgeous, and the house is on a quiet road ending at a private beach. There's a tennis court that would be nice in the summer. The house is surrounded by trees, and the furniture is comfortable, not fussy at all. It was the perfect place to have a nice, relaxing, New England Christmas with the whole family. hristr

Great Escape from New York!
I stayed at the house for a week with my family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return sometime. The house was perfect for our group of 7.The kitchen was well-stocked, and we enjoyed using the charcoal grill one night. The living & family rooms were nicely furnished. We loved playing tennis on the private court. The path to the beach goes alongside gorgeous cranberry bogs. A quick drive to Sandwich, an idyllic village. All around great stay!

Giant Summer House for the Whole Family
I've rented this house for the past two summers for vacation with my husband's family. The house with two big decks and large yard is perfect for big gatherings. There are large private bedrooms for 3 couples (2 of those bedrooms would fit parents plus kids), a smaller private bedroom, a walk-through bedroom, and other nooks/rooms, so there's plenty of space. The property manager is super easy to deal with, & the owner incredibly accommodating.

What a beautiful house. I stayed here with my family (6 of us!) last September, and loved the large kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The house is immaculately maintained and clearly well loved by the owner (there's some great artwork on the walls). It took us just 10 minutes to walk down to the beach -- the water is very calm and perfect for young kids to paddle in. I'll definitely be coming back

Outstanding in every way!
Everything needed supplied, except linens and towels.which wasn't a difficult as I anticipated. The tree lined walk past lovely vacation homes was a treat each day. The private beach was empty and we had tennis courts to ourselves as well. The home was immaculate, well appointed, comfortable, spacious, light and airy. We were very close to shopping, restaurants. The back yard was very nice, upstairs suite spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for large group
We had a family group of 9 adults, and it slept us all comfortably. The common rooms gave us plenty of space to get together. Most bedrooms were spacious (one bedroom was smaller with no space for clothes, but connected with a small sitting room). Kitchen was well equipped and dining area was plenty big enough. Walk to a private beach was about 1/2 mile, and drive to public beach was 5-10 minutes. Upstairs br sink was clogging and a couple of new chairs are needed.

Nice, private, big house - great for relaxation with your family
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is large and in a private, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach with the kids and grandparents makes for a very enjoyable week.
